Adonis Hill na co dzień jest trenerem personalnym. Nie byłoby w tym nic nadzwyczajnego, gdyby nie sposób jego pracy. Adonis posługuje się pseudonimem "Bez wymówek", który najlepiej opisuje  jego współpracę z podopiecznymi. Większość trenerów personalnych  swoją współpracę z podopiecznymi  zaczyna od rozmowy, która ma na celu lepsze poznanie potrzeb klienta.  Adonis swoją współpracę z klientem rozpoczyna od zupełnie innej czynności, a mianowicie od przytycia. Trener jest w stanie przytyć nawet 30 kilogramów. W momencie nabrania odpowiedniej tkanki tłuszczowej, trener poznaje swojego klienta z którym razem walczy o wymarzoną sylwetkę.

Metody pracy Adonisa spotkały się z wielkim zainteresowaniem. Jego profil na Instagramie obserwuje ponad 50 tysięcy ludzi z całego świata. Zainteresowanie Adonisem wykazała jedna z telewizji, która zaprosiła go do poprowadzenia programu, w którym razem ze swoimi podopiecznymi będzie zrzucał zbędne kilogramy. Something happen after #FitToFatToFit ... I realized something special was needed: "The Real Girls Of The Gym" is to showcase strong women both mentally and physically. With all the programming going on now it's a time for change. ------ It is a sad day in America when hate, racism, and ignorance can beat a strong woman in a fight for leadership of our country. Women have always been the backbone of the world, not just this country, the WORLD! Women are the key to life, without them life can not continue. It saddens me deeply to know that women are still looked at being less than men and are not treated fairly regardless of their strength, knowledge, or ability. (Btw my MOM is a woman) White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, or any other nationality should all be respected and treated equals. One of my goals is to help as many women as possible by making them physically stronger and encouraging them to be mentally strong as well. It takes mental strength to attain physical strength and most of my clients have that mental strength already in them. The part I play in their lives is that of a support system and motivator, i help them cultivate a strength that is already present, but has not been utilized to it's fullest ability. Il était une fois, Alissa, une jeune femme désespérée par son poids et à deux doigts de baisser les bras. Un jour, elle décida de se prendre en mains et de perdre ces 30 kilos qui lui pourrissaient la vie. Adonis Hill, un jeune coach américain, bien décidé à motiver la jeune femme, entreprit un programme bien à lui pour bouger les choses. Au lieu de faire en sorte qu'Alissa lui ressemble, c'est lui-même qui choisit de ressembler à Alissa. Autrement dit, plus de sport, consommation de 6 à 7 000 calories par jour jusqu'à ce que notre coach atteigne 30 kg de plus sur la balance. De cette manière, Adonis pouvait complètement comprendre le poids, la douleur et la complexité de la tâche, à la place-même de sa cliente. Quelle ne fût pas l'émotion de la demoiselle lorsqu'elle vit le résultat sur le corps de son entraîneur. De savoir que pour elle, Adonis sacrifia son corps et sa santé, représentait énormément à ses yeux. Et on veut bien la comprendre... La bataille contre les calories fut donc menée main dans la main par nos deux protagonistes, et de manière assez efficace, puisque Anissa a déjà perdu 25 kilos et Adonis 24 kilos. Bien sûr, le sport n'est pas le seul méritant : l'alimentation n'y est pas pour rien dans l'histoire. Un programme strict était à suivre pour l'un comme pour l'autre. De fit to fat to fit, voilà le concept proposé par notre coach plus qu'impliqué dans ses engagements.
