Biegaczka, która w 5. miesiącu ciąży startowała na 800 metrów nadal trenuje [FOTO]

Alysia Montaño jest już w 8. miesiącu!

Sportsmenka jest w swojej drugiej ciąży i tak, jak w pierwszej, nie zwalnia tempa. Alysię Montaño można spotkać zarówno na siłowni, jak i stadionowej bieżni. Amerykańska olimpijka jeszcze w czerwcu startowała w zawodach. To samo zrobiła oczekując pierwszego dziecka, jednak wtedy działo się to w 8. miesiącu. 

Fit mama uważa, że nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie żeby być aktywną fizycznie, tak, jak robiła to dotychczas. Będzie ćwiczyła do ostanich dni przed porodem. 


- Biegałam i uprawiałam różne formy sportu do dnia, w którym jechałam rodzić. Swoją córeczkę urodziłam w 40. tygodniu ciąży. Tego samego dnia rano przebiegłam 5 mil i zajęło mi to 80 minut. Prawie dwa razy dłużej, niż nie będąc w ciąży. Będąc szczerą, to naprawdę biegłam, przeplatając to z chodzeniem - komentuje sportsmenka swój poród w 2014 roku. 

 

 

This week went by almost as fast as a 6month pregnant lady . ‍️(So like moderately quick with a few rest breaks) ️ ️ ️ I was gonna do a test mile today and after about 1lap I had to pee, then when I went to start again, baby moved positions and it wasn't comfy to run as long. So I instead did a first set of •400m•300m•200m•100m with half distance walk rest. -went to pee AGAIN and remembered my #FITSPLINT that I hadn't quite fit into yet, it made a world of difference, so much so that I wanted to see if my "speed" legs were still there-ish. So I fully scrapped the test mile and instead DID 12x100 with 100 walk rest in times that ranged between 16 and 20 seconds! After 3days on a farm living the simple life. It was great to get back to the G R I N D. ️THANK YOU @villageozfarm for a great stay! ️ Rolling into 6 months of pregnancy and feeling strong, just a few more weeks until the third trimester! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Also I forgot a good sports bra, so running was not fun at all, just did 30 min walking hill workout, took the 75 deep steps up to our cabin multiple times daily, did a beach interval strength workout, harvested food, explored, rested and beached it. So For Today I eased into a longer interval day to test out my rested run legs. I wanted to see the oval, I wanted to let it know I'm still here, man was I slow, but I let it know I'm here to put in some work AND I missed it! THE WORKOUT: 1mile, 800 meters, 400meters, 200 meters, 100 meters with 200 rest in between. *(figured I could easily do 7min pace and let myself go faster on the shorter distances, nailed it) HERE IS MY BREAKDOWN: 1️1 mile@ 6minutes and 45 seconds 200meters easy walk rest (took me 2minutes and 30 seconds) 2️800meters @ 3minutes 30 seconds 200meters walk rest 3️400 @1minute 30 seconds 200 meters walk rest 4️200@ 34seconds 200 meters walk rest 5️100 @17 seconds

Happy one day belated birthday to a friend, a sister, 17 years in the making Lauren Fleshman @fleshmanflyer . • #TBT to one year ago when these two mother runners were both not pregnant chasing our firsts before sneaking away to chase our other love (running). Swipe and caption our convo 1-4. Every time we get together we drop back into HS mammoth lake cabin times with waaaay too many poop and fart jokes for our age group . MY CAPTIONs: 1. We are not pregnant! Bliss! 2. Wouldn't it be funny if we got pregnant around the same time? 3. OMG. Let's do it.... (simultaneously) I'M PREGNANT! 4. Hahahaha hahahaha!
